For proof of income, we require 1 month of paystubs, letter of employment/offer letter, or Federal Tax Return (1040) for self-employment. For students using a guarantor, we would require proof of full-time student status along with a completed guarantor application. For non-us citizens, we would require a supplemental rental application.

Yes,you will pay $500 deposit for a 1-bedroom or $600 deposit for two bedroom, the alternative is a $25/month charged additional to rent for the deposit waiver program.
